The total price for your travel insurance policy displayed on our Website includes both our consulting fees and the travel insurance premium from the insurer.

Important note:

• All consulting fees are subjected to change without prior notice.
• The purchase amount for all of our plans will be shown in USD (US Dollar). However, we upgraded our payment gateway, which automatically converted into your currency- choose- to- pay at the current exchange rate. Please note that banks or other online payment service providers may add an additional processing fee, and this will be borne by the customer.

Consulting fees is the purchasing amount for our service provided by our professional and dedicated consultant team. Our services include, but are not limited to the following: consulting you about travel insurance, providing detailed information about the policy, navigating the best-suited plan(s) for you, and providing the documents for your needs. We offer comprehensive support throughout the whole process, ensuring time saving and getting travel insurance without any hassle.

The consulting fees depends on the selected insurance plan, trip duration and the number of insured person, as described below:

The Services/Broker fee is separate and in addition to the insurance premium.
