Our fees
The total price for your travel insurance policy displayed on our Website includes both our consulting fees and the travel insurance premium from the insurer.

- The purchase amount for all of our plans will be shown in USD (US Dollar). However, we upgraded our payment gateway, which automatically converted into your currency- choose- to- pay at the current exchange rate. Please note that banks or other online payment service providers may add an additional processing fee, and this will be borne by the customer.

1. Our Consulting Fees
Consulting fees is the purchasing amount for our service provided by our professional and dedicated consultant team. Our services include, but are not limited to the following: consulting you about travel insurance, providing detailed information about the policy, navigating the best-suited plan(s) for you, and providing the documents for your needs. We offer comprehensive support throughout the whole process, ensuring time saving and getting travel insurance without any hassle.
The consulting fees depends on the selected insurance plan, trip duration and the number of insured person, as described below:

2. Travel Insurance Premium From Insurer
The travel insurance premium is determined by the current rates established by the insurance providers, and it varies depending on factors such as the coverage trip, your age range, and the specific plan you have selected.
Discounts / Promo Code Terms
The promo code offer (“Offer”) is on our transaction service fee only. Discount varies based on the transaction service fee charged for travel reservation, and the value of the discount will be up to the amount of the service fee charged for that transaction or the promo code's value per transaction whichever is less. You must use the promo code at checkout to redeem this Offer. This Offer may be revised or discontinued without notice.
- Travelner Insurance may issue certain promo codes which are generally valid for online travel reservations and bookings, though some specific Travelner Insurance promo codes may only be used over the phone through our Customer Support center.
- We invite you to sign up for our newsletter to receive promo codes by email.
- Travelner Insurance promo codes are non-transferable, can not be sold or bartered, and hold no cash value.
- To receive the value of the discount, a valid promo code must be entered in the promo code link on the payment page. If the code is not entered the discount cannot be redeemed and has no value. Due to technical problems, if the code is not accepted or a coupon link is not present, you have the right to not purchase the product or service, but in no circumstances will the credit be applied after the purchase is made.
- Travelner Insurance promo codes offers may be revised or withdrawn at any time without notice, even if other websites are displaying the same offers.
- For all technical errors, there is no recourse except you have the right to not make the purchase.
- If the offer is withdrawn, the promo code becomes invalid and the Site and system will not accept the promo code when entered. This is final and you have the right at that point to continue with the original price or not continue with your purchase.
- The final price displayed (with or without promo code) will be the amount billed/charged and there will be no credits/discounts applied after purchase for absolutely any reason.
- Travelner Insurance promo codes may not be combined with another offer.
We reserve the right to decline any transaction that may have had an error in promo code value even after the booking is created and the booking receipt is issued.
Purchases and Payment
The Company accepts a variety of payment methods as reflected on the Website. You agree that your Payment Method may be charged by one of our affiliated entities. Before you can submit a request for purchase using the Website, you may be required to provide a valid card number and associated information for a payment card that you are authorized to use, including any of or all of the following: (1) your name as it appears on the card; (2) the credit or debit card type, (3) the card’s expiration date; (4) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card; and (5) the billing address or zip code or postal codes associated with your card. You authorize the Company and/or its affiliates, payment processor to use information you submit to charge your card or other payment method for the price of purchase requested, in addition to any taxes, fees, and charges as described in the terms, at our convenience, including as early as at the time of the purchase request is submitted.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Terms & Conditions for cancellation and refund policies will be determined according to the travel insurance package selected. This is completely following the insurance company's cancellation and refund policy.
Customers who are for any reason not satisfied with the travel insurance policy may request to cancel the policy through Travelner Insurance.

If not completely satisfied, the Insured Person may request cancellation of this insurance retroactive to the Initial Effective Date of Coverage by sending a written request to the Company by email, mail or fax and received by the Company within the Review Period, thereby qualifying to receive a full refund of Premium paid. Upon effectuation of such cancellation and refund, neither the Company nor the Insured Person shall have any further rights, liabilities or obligations under this insurance. After the Review Period, the Insured person may request cancellation by sending a written request to the Company by email, mail or fax. However, the following conditions apply for Premium refund:
(a) If any claims have been filed with the Company, the Premium is fully earned and is non-refundable.
(b) If no claims have been filed with the Company:
(i) a cancellation fee of fifty dollars ($50.00 USD) will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation
(ii) only Premium covering time periods after cancellation are refundable
For Patriot Exchange Program

If not completely satisfied, the Insured Person may request cancellation of this insurance retroactive to the Initial Effective Date of Coverage by sending a written request to the Company by email, mail or fax and received by the Company within the Review Period, thereby qualifying to receive a full refund of Premium paid. Upon effectuation of such cancellation and refund, neither the Company nor the Insured Person shall have any further rights, liabilities or obligations under this insurance. After the Review Period, the Insured person may request cancellation by sending a written request to the Company by email, mail or fax. However, the following conditions apply for Premium refund:
(a) If any claims have been filed with the Company, the Premium is fully earned and is non-refundable.
(b) If no claims have been filed with the Company:
(i) a cancellation fee of fifty dollars ($50.00 USD) will be charged; and
(ii) only Premium covering time periods after cancellation are refundable; and
(iii) only full month Premiums are refundable.
Important Note:
We use USD (US Dollar) as the list price for all our services. The total fees will be converted into the currency you choose to pay at the current exchange rate. Interchange fees and MDR fees may add an online payment processing fee and this cost is borne by the customer.
Our company is committed to customer satisfaction and therefore, we have a refund policy in place. If clients are not satisfied with the services provided or change their mind and do not wish to proceed with order, they can request a refund. To request a refund, customers must contact our support team and the refund will be processed and issued back to the original payment method. The conditions and deadlines for making the refund will depend on case by case, follow the refund policies of different insurance companies & plans as mentioned above and are clearly negotiated in the service contract with clients. The cancellation & refunds policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice and by using our services, clients agree to this policy as a part of our Terms & Conditions.

These Terms shall automatically terminate, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Any termination of these Terms shall automatically terminate all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms, including all rights to use the Website. Upon termination, Travelner Insurance may, but has no obligation to, delete information you provided or relating to you. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Website. Sections regarding limitations of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, dispute resolution, prohibited conduct, notices, and miscellaneous terms shall expressly survive any termination of these Terms.
Notices
Travelner Insurance may give any required notice by email sent to the most recent email address, if any, provided by the intended recipient to Travelner Insurance. You agree that any notice received from Travelner Insurance electronically satisfies any legal requirement that such notice be in writing. You bear the sole responsibility of ensuring that your email address on file with Travelner Insurance is accurate and current, and notice to you shall be deemed effective upon the sending by Travelner Insurance of an email to that address. You shall give any notice to Travelner Insurance by submitting said notice to us at [email protected].
Services Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, unless expressly stated herein, Travelner Insurance will not be liable for any such Travel Services that the Travel Providers make available to you; for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or commitments regarding the products or services offered by Service Providers; or any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from the above. We disclaim any liability for ensuring that said products or services are congruent with the client's specific objectives. Such responsibility remains solely with the client. To the utmost extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaims all representations and warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Travelner Insurance does not warrant or represent that its website will operate without errors or interruptions, that any defects will be promptly rectified, or that the Website and its servers will be free of viruses or other harmful components. You and Travelner Insurance are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by these Terms. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms, with the following exceptions: indemnitees and Travelner Insurance’ licensors to the extent expressly stated in these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that any actual or threatened breach of these Terms or infringement of proprietary or other third-party rights by you would cause irreparable injury to Travelner Insurance and Travelner Insurance’ licensors, and would therefore entitle Travelner Insurance or Travelner Insurance’ licensors to injunctive relief. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall have no legal or contractual effect. If any provision of these Terms or application thereof is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions of the Terms that can be given effect without the invalid provisions and to this end the provisions of these Terms are declared to be severable.
